SAWCER Expeditions is a privately held and funded endevour operated by Rocco Olivier, a very passionate conservation enthusiast and avid wildlife guide. It has culminated over the years from quick lunch breaks and over the table discussions into making a living by doing conservation and helping others further their cause in the field of wildlife conservation. To say this has been an easy journey would be a blatant lie and as with most idealistic ideas have been met with ridicule and scorn from both peers and often those once considered friends or close allies alike.
With a head-strong attitude, inroads have been made over time. As with most ideas they often change depending on who you meet or network with. The culmination of ideas have come together into our website and our awareness camaigns which, uniquely we may add, allow the general public to choose to take part in the campaigns by means of special activities.
